Rahul Gandhi's party announced to waive off loan in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. He took credit and addressed a press conference too. Now, Modi government announced loan waiver in Gujarat and Assam. For this too, Congress president is taking credit of. He tweeted:
