Police accused of beating a man to death in UP's Shamli

After the incident, villagers blocked Jhinjhana-Un road on Tuesday morning demanding immediate arrest of the accused and ended the dharna only after assurance from senior officials.The man in the video can be seen beating a youth, he has been arrested and strict action is taken against him.
