P Chidambaram sent to Tihar Jail till September 19 in INX media case

In a massive setback for P Chidambaram, the Rouse Avenue Court on Thursday sent him to judicial custody till September 19 in a case being probed by CBI in INX Media case.
The senior Congress leader and former finance minister will have to go to Tihar jail till September 19, the court said.
Earlier during the day, the Supreme Court refused to grant anticipatory bail to the senior Congress leader in an Enforcement Directorate case involving INX Media.
