Zed Tarar clears why Joe Biden called US forces back from Afghanistan

US State Department spokesperson Zed Tarar, in an exclusive interaction with ABP News, said that the Taliban has promised the United Nations security council and the whole international community that they will not let terrorism flourish on Afghan soil.
