On Tuesday, when Prime Minister went to Kanpur to inaugurate the Kanpur Metro Rail Project, Samajwadi Party planned to vandalize their own vehicle by putting BJP's stickers and flag on it.  The Samajwadi Party has been accused of this conspiracy.
