Prime Minister, Narendra Modi while inaugurating Gorakhpur AIIMS and fertilizer factory here in Uttar Pradesh's Gorakhpur started his speech by speaking in Bhojpuri. PM Modi gave a gift of Rs 9600 crore to Gorakhpur on Tuesday. Take a look!
