Uttarakhand: Groom sits on hunger strike when stopped by Police

In Uttrakhand's Kashipur a groom was stopped by the police as he did not  have a pass to visit Uttar Pradesh. His marriage was fixed before lockdown. Today he was about to get married but without proper pass, he was not allowed by the police to go further. After which, the groom sat on a hunger strike to get married.
