No decision has been taken at present regarding the inclusion of former Uttarakhand minister Harak Singh Rawat in the Congress. Party sources also say that former Chief Minister Harish Rawat is not in favor of taking Harak Singh Rawat in the party on the basis of his conditions.
Significantly, Harak Singh Rawat was on Sunday expelled from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government of Uttarakhand as well as from the BJP for six years.
