UPSC Results: Topper Shubham shares how he prepared | EXCLUSIVE Interview

UPSC has released the final result of Civil Services 2020. Shubham Kumar has topped this examination. Shubham Kumar on Friday said that his dream of becoming an IAS officer and serving the underprivileged has come true. The 24-year-old Kumar secured the first position in the civil services examination in his third attempt.
