Speedy efforts were made to import oxygen concentrators in India : Dr Ashutosh Sharma tells ABP News

"The need for oxygen did not arise in the first COVID wave and hence it was not realized then. But when the need arose, the setup which was built by foreign countries in 3-4 years, we built it in 3-4 months," Dr Ashutosh Sharma, Secretary of Department of Science and Technology, said.
