Solution for farmers' issue to be found through dialogue: PM Modi

PM Narendra Modi at All-Party Meet has said that the solution for farmers' issues can be found through dialogue. The Prime Minister stressed that Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar had said that he is just a phone call away for talks. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had also said, "The government's stand is the same as it was during the meeting on January 22 - the proposal made by the Union Agriculture Minister still stands."
