Common Minimum Programme will act as a base for government formation in Maharashtra. Shiv Sena has started working on the formula of Common Minimum Programme. Its two main points include farmer's debt clearance and to increase the speed of developmental projects. Apart from this other points are also being formed for day to day working of the government.
