Shaheen Bagh's atmosphere is such that there can be no discussion: RS Prasad

Over Shaheen Bagh Ravi Shankar Prasad said, ''I went to a channel and was asked to answer the questions of Muslims and I did so. One of the many Muslim men present there said that we are satisfied by your explanation of CAA that it does not intend to snatch citizenship of Indian Muslims, it just sympathises with persecuted minorities elsewhere.

"I also agreed to their demand of holding structured discussion on the topic and it has been more than 50 hours since then but no one has come yet. The atmosphere of Shaheen Bagh is such that there can be no discussion," he said. 

"I am not a supporter of the slogans of freedom there. The tukde-tukde gang uses that slogan, it is painful to see people of Shaheen Bagh doing the same," he added.
