'Population can't be controlled by making laws': Bihar CM Nitish Kumar

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has also reacted to the implementation of the New population policy in Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister said that population can not be controlled by making laws. Everyone saw what happened in China. Therefore, there is a need for awareness for this. Denying  the controversy in JDU after the cabinet expansion, the Chief Minister said, "There is no difference in the party."
