Oxygen Concentrator racket: Delhi Police issues Look-out-Circular against Navneet Kalra

Lookout notice has been issued against the businessman Navneet Kalra. Sources in Delhi Police have given this information. The main accused in the recovery of 524 oxygen concentrators from hotels and restaurants, is still out of the custody of the police. Many teams of crime brass have raided more than 20 places in Delhi, UP and Uttarakhand in search of Navneet Kalra.
