No IGST levy on imported Oxygen concentrators for personal use

 IGST (Integrated Goods and Services Tax) will no longer be levied on oxygen concentrators coming in or demanded for personal use from abroad. The Delhi High Court, in its judgment, has declared the Central Government's order as illegal, in which it was said to impose IGST at the rate of 12 per cent on oxygen concentrator sought for personal use.
