Nirbhaya Case: Former Tihar Jail officer Sunil Gupta explains jail manual

Former Tihar Jail officer, Sunil Gupta while talking to ABP News explains the jail manual regarding the execution of convicts. He added no relative of the prisoner or other members except for social scientist is allowed to see the execution. The Tihar Jail authorities as well as the Delhi government, are bound by the Jail Manual and it can not carry out the execution. Watch the interview to know more about the jail manual.
