Muslims offering Namaz exempted from sec 144

Muslims offering Friday Namaz have been exempted from sec 144 in violence prone areas of Delhi. This exemption will prevail from 12 noon to 4:00pm in evening. No major incident has been reported in the last 36 hours in any affected Police Station of District North-East. In the violence that erupted after pro and anti-CAA groups clashed, several bullets were fired from both sides which claimed many lives, including that of a Delhi Police head constable.
