Mercury in Siberia dips to minus 40 degree Celsius, lowest in 14 years

A thick sheet of white snow has covered Russia. The Mercury in Siberia has fallen to minus 40 degree Celsius which is the lowest in last 14 years. People living in Russia are facing a lot of troubles because of the cold. As per the reports the temperature can likely fall to minus 60 degree Celsius.
