Maha govt to analyze Bhima Koregaon case from scratch
The Maharashtra government may begin a fresh probe into the Bhima Koregaon case of 2018. A high level meeting of Ajit Pawar, Anil Deshmukh and higher authorities of Mumbai Police is underway to discuss the same. On January 1, 2018, violence erupted during the 200th-anniversary celebrations of Bhima-Koregaon battle, leaving one dead and several others injured. Police had filed 58 cases against 162 people.
