Xi Jinping warns Army to be mentally prepared for war

Xi Jinping has served as General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party and Chairman of the Central Military Commission since 2012. Xi Jinping has warned the Chinese Army to be ready for a high alert. He also told them to be mentally prepared for a war situation.
