With Tricolour in hand, people protest against CAA in Mumbai's Pathan Wadi

The CAA is meant to grant citizenship to persecuted Hindus, Sikhs, Parsis, Jains, Buddhists and Christians minorities in Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Pakistan, excluding all types of persecuted Muslims, including Shias and their sub-sects, Ahmediyas and others. PM Modi's speech at Ramlila Maidan, here on Sunday, was heard with interest by all and has evoked mixed response, especially, when the Constitution (Amendment) Act (CAA) continues to affect the society.
