Will complete lockdown be implemented in UP again?

Allahabad High Court pulled up Uttar Pradesh government and administration as the number of Coronavirus cases were on a consistent rise in the state. Further the HC suggested to go for complete lockdown in the state again. The High Court opined that complete lockdown was the only way out and it would solve the crisis immediately
HC said that an order would be passed if the government would not act upon it
