Why Mumbai Sports complex named after Tipu Sultan spark row?

The BJP claims that Congress leader and Mumbai Suburban Minister Aslam Shaikh is intending to name a playground in the Muslim-dominated Malwani neighbourhood after the 17th-century ruler Tipu Sultan, which has sparked a controversy in Mumbai.
