Why Adnan Sami conferred with Padma Shri, explains Sambit Patra

BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra slammed opposition for criticising government's decision to honour singer Adnan Sami with Padma Shri award. Patra held a press conference and explained why Sami was 'highly deserving' for the award. Patra gave many examples from history over Hindi-Muslim and India-Pakistan issues and controversies. He defended the party's decision by claiming that Sonia Gandhi too should be subject of discussion if everyone has to be judged by his or her parents' deeds.
