Who was terrorist Riyaz Naikoo, killed in encounter today

Hizb-ul-Mujahideen's commander Riyaz Naikoo is dead now, he has been eliminated by security forces in Jammu and Kashmir. Indian Army avenged the death of the officers martyred in the Handwara attack as it killed the top militant on Wednesday. He had a bounty of Rs 12 lakh on his head.
