When will Indian rail services improve? | Ghanti Bajao

Few women, who were travelling from Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi, fell sick as they were served stale food. The bread was moldy, the butter was expired among other bad food served to them by the Railways. When these women complained about it, the authorities did not take any strict action. The only question here is, when will Indian rail services improve? When people pay more for the same journey, when will they get good service?
