Pakistan's National Assembly speaker Asad Qaisar was speaking at the World Conference of Speakers of Parliament when he mentioned Kashmir once again. He said that Kashmiris were suffering as basic human rights were denied to them. He also said that Pakistan became the victim of terrorism too
At this Om Birla said that Pakistan declared Osama Bin Laden as a martyr. He also said that Kashmir will remain an integral part of India
