What will change from April 20 amid COVID-19 lockdown?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced tha,t according to the prevailing condition of Coronavirus crisis, will decide where to give a few relaxations and where to avoid any activity from April 20. Here is a complete list of things that can be changed from Monday, April 20. States will entertain only essential commodities to function, breaking the lockdown rules and avoiding social distancing will still remain a big 'NO'.
