What is UP govt's 'operation hammer' against mafias?

The Uttar Pradesh government is getting strict against mafias in the state. All the illegal properties of these mafias in power are being destroyed by the government. 

Earlier, a joint team of the Prayagraj Development Authority (PDA), district administration and police demolished a house belonging to former parliamentarian Ateeq Ahmad in Prayagraj as part of its drive against the jailed mafia don's unauthorized properties.
