'We will go to Supreme Court again in Ayodhya land dispute case': JUH chief Asad Madani | ABP News
Maulana Arshad Madani, chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind (JUH), the country's leading Muslim organization, said on Sunday that his organization would file a review petition in the Supreme Court against the Supreme Court's decision in the Ayodhya land dispute case. He said that no Muslim can relocate a mosque from its original place, so the question of accepting land for the mosque does not arise.
The second option of a mosque in Ayodhya is not accepted, be it money or land. Earlier, Madani had said that he would not accept five acres of alternative land for the mosque. JUH has been a major Muslim litigant in the Ayodhya case. During the executive committee meeting of JUH held in Delhi on Thursday, the institution said that the alternative land given for the mosque is not acceptable at any cost, be it money, or land.
The land should not be taken by the Sunni Central Waqf Board. Madani also said that the five acres of land given by the Supreme Court for the mosque while delivering the Ayodhya verdict should not be taken by the Sunni Central Waqf Board. He also said that this decision is beyond the comprehension of many experts in the law. Madani said, “We used to say time and again that whatever decision comes on the basis of law and evidence, we will see it with respect. But it's a strange coincidence."
