Was Captain Amarinder Singh working only for two hours?

Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi was LIVE on ABP News during Shikhar Sammelan Punjab. He talked about Captain Amarinder Singh and said that he worked for very less period of time within a day. He said, "I work for 18 to 20 hours and earlier only two hours of work was being done."
