Kanpur gangster Vikas Dubey was shot dead by Uttar Pradesh police as he tried to flee from the clutches of the police officials. Now, his post-mortem report reveals multiple injuries in his stomach, ribs, etc. There was some swelling on his head too. There are no details over the distance from which he was shot dead during the encounter
