UP: Ground report from Lucknow's Charbagh

With the number of coronavirus cases spurting to almost 350 in the state, the Uttar Pradesh government on Wednesday said all COVID-19 hotspots in 15 districts will be sealed till April 15. The 15 districts include Gautambuddh Nagar (Noida), Ghaziabad, Meerut, Lucknow.  In an all-party meeting with chief ministers and Opposition others, Prime Minister has hinted at lifting of the lockdown is unlikely.
