UP Elections: Jayant Chaudhary rejects BJP's proposal
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) hinted at a post-election alliance with the Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD), which is currently affiliated with Akhilesh Yadav's Samajwadi Party, as Uttar Pradesh's assembly elections are approaching. However, RLD Chief Jayant Chaudhary has rejected the BJP's proposal and said that he doesn't need the saffron party's support. Earlier, BJP MP Parvesh Verma said that RLD leader Jayant Chaudhary has chosen the wrong path, and the BJP would try to convince him.
