Pramod Tiwari was talking to the media when he said that the Bharatiya Janata Party was the one that led to the beginning of gundaraaj and mafiaraaj in Uttar Pradesh. He added that BJP was responsible for the chaotic law and order situation as it was their coalition with SP back in the 1990s when they named 21 criminals as candidates.
