UP can conduct 10000 Covid-19 tests/day, CM Yogi pushes for more

Uttar Pradesh has now developed the capability to conduct as many as 10,000 Coronavirus (Covid-19) tests per day. However, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is pushing his officials to aim higher. Yogi said that he would like to see the capacity rise to 15,000 tests per day by June 15 and 20,000 per day by June 20.
 
In March, only KGMU in Lucknow had a testing facility with a testing limit of only 50 tests/day.
