Uniform Civil Code: The Uniform Civil Code (UCC) bill was tabled in the special session of the Uttarakhand Assembly on Tuesday. This bill was introduced on the second day of this session which started on Monday. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami presented the Uniform Civil Code Bill 2024 on the table of the House amid uproar by the opposition in the Assembly. After this the House was adjourned. Now the proceedings of the House will start after 2 o'clock.
