A traffic cop sat on the bonnet of a car in Mumbai’s Andheri in order to stop the driver who had violated a traffic rule. Instead of stopping, the driver drove the car with the traffic cop sitting on the bonnet for one kilometre. Now, a case has been registered on the driver. Watch video.
