At the E-Shikhar Sammelan summit, Sukhbir Badal said- Central government can only give advice. The central government will not do the test, it will have to be tested by the state government itself. In Punjab, the same people are going to the hospital where symptoms are appearing. That's why Punjab has the highest death rate. If there was a system of testing, we would have found out.
