Terrorists can use epidemic as opportunity to strike: UN Secretary-General

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called for unity of the Security Council over the COVID-19 pandemic. After the meeting Guterres said that terrorists can make this epidemic a chance. To prevail against the pandemic, the world will needs to work together. That means heightened solidarity, and it means having the necessary resources, said Guterres.
