Temperature dips below -26 degrees in Dras

Consistent snowfall in the hilly areas of India has led to a huge dip in the temperature. Dras residents of Ladakh have been suffering as the temperature has gone below -26 degrees. On the other hand, dam water froze due to chilly weather in Kargil and now the residents are suffering due to the unavailability of water
