Tejashwi Yadav, Rabri Devi cast votes, talk of 'change wave'

Tejashwi Yadav and Rabri Devi reached the polling booth together. They cast their votes and then talked about the strong wave of change in Bihar. He added, "People should come out and vote for their choice of government. But due to Coronavirus they should take care of their health first and wear masks. Bihar was upset with the NDA government and hence change was what they are wishing for this year"
