Tata Group gets Air India back | Ghanti Bajao (27 Jan 2022)
The government handed its shares in Air India, as well as control and management, to Tata Sons subsidiary Talace on Thursday, capping a nearly five-year disinvestment process that included one unsuccessful effort. Since its nationalization in 1953, the airline has been a government-run enterprise.
