Swollen river Narmada wreaks havoc in Madhya Pradesh | ABP News
Incessant rain continues in Madhya Pradesh. It rained for 36 hours at a stretch. This led to floods in many low-lying areas. The district administrations of Sehore, Narmadapuram are on alert as river Narmada is dangerously swollen.
Sehore Collector Chandramohan Thakur, SP Mayank Awasthi, Narmadapuram District Collector Neeraj Kumar Singh and Superintendent of Police Dr Gurkaran Singh are constantly monitoring the flood situation. After reviewing the flood situation and necessary preparations in the morning, the Collector and SP took stock of the water level here after reaching Sethani Ghat, Budhni Ghat, Shahganj Ghat.
