Swati Maliwal Assault Case: Delhi CM's Aide Bibhav Kumar Detained By Delhi Police | ABP News

The Delhi Police on Saturday arrested Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's close aide Bibhav Kumar, in connection with the 'assault' case filed against him by AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal. The police arrested Kumar at Civil Line police station after quizzing him for around half an hour. 

Kumar's advocate, Karan Sharma said they have not received any information from police, adding that the cops are not letting him meet with his client. Aam Aadmi Party legal cell head, Sanjeev Nasiar said police is under pressure to stop anyone from meeting him. "Bibhav is ready to cooperate in every way. Police is misbehaving," he added.
