SP MLA Abdullah Azam's election declared void by HC

The Allahabad HC has declared SP MLA Abdullah Azam's election void. Abdullah, legislator of Suaar constituency, is the son of senior SP leader Azam Khan. Abdullah Azam, had come under the scanner for reporting incorrect age in his election nomination. His election was declared void as he was less than 25 years of age when he filed his nomination in 2017.
