Shiv Sena says the pary is still unwavered on the 50-50 formula. As for Shiv Sena their 50-50 formula is their only proposal to BJP. ON the other hand BJP is consistent on the fact that CM will be their party only and they had no talks on the 50-50 formula before the elections. In between this tussle over next CM of Maharashtra , Devendra Fadanvis met RSS chief Mohan Bhagvat signaling towards the intervention of RSS chief. If the new government is not formed in the next 48 hours Presidential rule will be imposed on Maharashtra.
