Shiv Sena MLA makes contractor sit on road, dumps garbage on him

In a viral video, Shiv Sena MLA from Chandivali, Dilip Lande can be seen forcing a civic contractor to sit on a waterlogged road in Mumbai and asked workers to dump garbage on him for allegedly not getting the drains cleaned properly. When asked about his act, Lande said he did this because the contractor 'did not do his job properly,' which led to clogging of the drains and waterlogging. Watch video to know more about the story.
