Shiv Kumar Kakka Reveals When Will Tractor March Take Place

Shiv Kumar Kakka, while speaking to ABP News exclusively, said that the farmers' tractor march was postponed as the Narendra Modi government heard the demands of the farmers and worked towards it. He added, "We have written to PM Modi with details of six demands of the farmers. If the government fails to comply by Dec 4, then on Dec 6 we will hold the march till Parliament premises."
